Real Club de Golf de Las Palmas (Las Palmas Royal Golf Club) is the oldest golf club in Spain. The club was founded in 1891 and moved to its present location in the Bandamas plains in 1956. The course was designed by Mackenzie Ross, with assistance from Dominguez Guedes. It is situated 15 minutes from Las Palmas at the edge of the Calera de Bandama (volcano) with wonderful views of central Gran Canaria. Golfers enjoy spring-like weather all year round.
